 I suspect 2 possible reasons a) (simpler and cheaper of the fixes) your spring is too soft, in which case take it out and order a firmer one. You can get them for about £26ish from CRC. b) there's something wrong with your damping circuits, in which case you'll have to get them mended. I don't know how much to fix them but I can try and find out for you. My Mechanic services mine so I will ask him.
